A well-trained and committed team of security officers, together with an experienced management team, will ensure the security services offered are of the highest standard. Through this approach Teksa Alarms (Pty) Ltd seeks to become an integrated part of their client's strategy rather than just a contractor supplying a service.

CLIENT SERVICE

Teksa Alarms (Pty) Ltd prides itself with an attentive client service

strategy. Our dedicated team is there to discuss and resolve any issues or

needs that may arise. Through regular meetings and direct

correspondence, we ensure all clients receive the service they pay for. We believe in keeping clients informed and up to date on incidents,

investigations, procedure amendments and other. Management pays regular visits to the premises to liaise with the client and security officers. Meetings on request of the client are held on the premises and the minutes of these meetings are submitted. Monthly Service Level Assessments are conducted to ensure transparency and to determine if the service output meets Teksa Alarms (Pty) Ltd high-quality standards.

STRATEGY

Teksa Alarms (Pty) Ltd has R 500 000.00 liability insurance and undertakes responsibility with specified insurance cover. Insurance claims will be considered should any loss arise due to Teksa Alarms (Pty) Ltd negligence or improper conduct of its employees. Teksa Alarms (Pty) Ltd insurance cover is underwritten

by Quantum Liability underwriters and falls under Generic Insurance Co Ltd.
